We may disclose nonpublic personal information about our members and former members to affiliates when the affiliate follows strict confidentiality policies and the products are designed to enhance our member’s economic well being. Any data furnished to credit union affiliates will have an “encryption service agreement” to maintain the same strict confidential procedures your credit union complies with daily. We may disclose information about you under other circumstances as permitted by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal Regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
OPT OUT INFORMATION
You may “opt out” of information sharing with credit union affiliates by contacting the credit union and signing an authorization declining nonpublic information about yourself to credit union affiliated parties.
